Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates via phone, email, and virtual interviews
- Post job openings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and documentation
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary skills assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand positions
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
