Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess skills/qualifications against job requirements
- Build and maintain active relationships with clients to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipeline using our ATS platform with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with onboarding processes and compliance documentation
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software (ATS experience a plus)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
