Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels (social media, job boards, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet future client needs.
- Manage the full life-cycle of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating offers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment (entry level candidates encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
