Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS system
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Facilitate interview coordination and provide timely feedback to all parties
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting positions across multiple platforms
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in candidate management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn recruitment software
