Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process staffing applications and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Assist with onboarding processes for new temporary employees
- Collaborate with recruiters to match candidates with appropriate positions
- Update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Support team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems
