- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements.
- Provide product information and guidance to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
