Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, maintaining a professional and friendly tone at all times.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and resolving service issues.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using internal software.
- Update and maintain customer profiles and records in our database system.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm recommended).
- Reliable transportation is a must.
