Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM systems.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet departmental goals.
- Update client records and ensure database integrity.
- Provide general administrative support as needed for daily operations.
Qualifications
