Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping for various client projects.
- Assist the administrative team with daily office operations, including filing and scheduling.
- Update and maintain digital databases and CRM systems using provided training.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and assist in preparing meeting materials.
- Conduct basic research and compile weekly status reports.
- Support the quality assurance process by verifying data accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred but not mandatory.
