Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming communications, including email and phone calls, with a focus on timely and professional responses.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule internal meetings and external appointments, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and general office correspondence.
- Collaborate with various departments to support daily operations and special projects.
- Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative experience preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site in Cleveland.
