Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 5-year technical roadmap, specifically focusing on innovations expected to mature by 2026.
- Architecture Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, future-proof technology architectures that support our long-term growth.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with top-tier research institutions and internal engineering teams to pilot emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives, investors, and board members.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers and strategists focused on innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or R&D management.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech stacks relevant to the 2026 landscape.
