Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with temporary staffing assignments across Dallas
- Process daily payroll for 50+ temporary workers weekly
- Manage onboarding documentation and compliance verification
- Build relationships with corporate clients in DFW metroplex
- Track timecards and ensure accurate daily payment processing
- Resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Coordinate with team leads for last-minute staffing needs
Qualifications
- 1+ years staffing or HR experience preferred
- Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail for financial records
- Excellent communication skills in English/Spanish
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license (client site visits)
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
