Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15+ client companies across Miami-Dade County
- Screen, interview, and place candidates in weekend shift positions (retail, events, healthcare support)
- Manage candidate database and optimize weekend availability scheduling
- Conduct onboarding for weekend hires and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Resolve staffing emergencies and fill last-minute weekend shift openings
- Build relationships with clients to understand evolving weekend staffing needs
- Generate weekly performance reports for weekend staffing operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing/recruitment or hospitality operations management
- Proven experience coordinating weekend or shift-based workforce
- Strong bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Bullhorn preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work weekends with flexible weekday schedule
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
- Deep knowledge of Miami's weekend labor market trends
