Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across healthcare, hospitality, and logistics sectors
- Screen and qualify candidates for urgent same-day and weekend placements
- Manage client communications and staffing requests during weekend hours
- Process onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate availability and job requisitions
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments for weekend shift positions
- Maintain accurate records of staffing assignments and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing agency or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently in weekend/after-hours environments
- Strong knowledge of Tucson's employment landscape and staffing regulations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification preferred
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure with minimal supervision
