Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15+ client locations across Las Vegas
- Onboard and orient new temporary employees during weekend shifts
- Resolve staffing emergencies and coverage gaps with rapid response protocols
- Maintain accurate workforce scheduling via our proprietary staffing platform
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites during weekend operations
- Process payroll and timesheet submissions for weekend workforce
- Collaborate with overnight shift managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing or hospitality operations
- Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and crisis management abilities
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 6am-2pm)
- Strong knowledge of Las Vegas hospitality landscape
- Proven track record in client relationship management
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
