Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions in healthcare, logistics, and hospitality sectors
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and credential verification
- Coordinate weekend staffing schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Maintain accurate candidate databases using ATS platforms and update recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with full-time recruiters to ensure seamless talent pipeline continuity
- Implement retention strategies for weekend staff through engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with potential weekday support
