As a Staffing Specialist, you will act as the bridge between our clients and our talent pool. Your expertise will ensure that every placement is a perfect match, driving success for both the employer and the employee.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the daily pay payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for temporary staff.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers in San Diego.
- Coordinating onboarding logistics, including orientation, background checks, and equipment provisioning.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
