- Resolve payroll discrepancies within 24-hour turnaround
- Track worker availability and optimize shift scheduling in real-time
- Implement retention strategies to reduce worker turnover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Proficiency with payroll software and time-tracking systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage high-volume assignments under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with 100% payroll accuracy
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience with daily pay structures mandatory
