Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend shift placements for 15+ client partners across Columbus
- Screen and onboard qualified candidates for immediate weekend assignments
- Manage emergency staffing requests with 2-hour response times
- Conduct virtual interviews via weekend video platforms
- Maintain compliance with Ohio labor regulations for weekend work
- Build relationships with local businesses requiring weekend staffing
- Track performance metrics and optimize placement efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or recruitment experience
- Availability to work Saturdays 8AM-5PM and Sundays 10AM-4PM
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Columbus OH labor market trends
- Ability to manage high-volume weekend scheduling
- Valid Ohio driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
