Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct virtual/in-person interviews with candidates on weekends
- Source and screen qualified talent for temporary and permanent roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Process payroll documentation and compliance paperwork
- Update applicant tracking system with candidate data and job statuses
- Coordinate weekend onboarding sessions for new placements
- Attend weekend job fairs and recruitment events across Charlotte
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
- Knowledge of Charlotte's business landscape (a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
