Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend/holiday shifts across hospitality, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments via weekend video platforms
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through targeted outreach and networking
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs
- Manage onboarding documentation and compliance for weekend placements
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize weekend shift coverage and retention
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekend shift placements
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication skills with weekend availability (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Knowledge of Boston's labor market and shift-based industries
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs in high-volume environments
