Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across diverse industries
- Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates outside traditional business hours
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure compliance with staffing regulations
- Facilitate weekend job fairs and onboarding sessions for new hires
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients during weekend operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and compliance requirements
