- Resolve payroll discrepancies within 24-hour turnaround window
- Build relationships with local businesses to expand daily pay opportunities
- Maintain compliance with NM labor laws and tax regulations
- Track key metrics like worker satisfaction and client retention rates
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, payroll, or HR coordination
- Proficiency in ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll systems
- Strong understanding of NM labor regulations and tax codes
