Responsibilities
- Staff and manage daily temporary workforce assignments across Memphis metro area
- Conduct in-person interviews and skills assessments for candidates
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new temporary employees
- Process daily payroll and ensure accurate time-tracking documentation
- Maintain client relationships through regular site visits and performance feedback
- Source qualified candidates from local job boards and community networks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry-specific safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing or recruitment
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Memphis labor market and industries
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
