Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across hospitality, retail, and event industries
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend hours (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for weekend staff
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS records
- Collaborate with clients to understand weekend staffing needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the placement process
- Track weekend shift performance metrics and report to staffing managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential weekday availability
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in high-volume or event-based staffing preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
