Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of key clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing technical and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
- Monitor client health scores and proactively address any churn risks.
- Create and deliver training sessions to help clients maximize the value of our solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Support.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
