- Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records and logs.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the wider operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Feedback Analysis: Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback to help improve our service offerings.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties as needed to support daily office operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable navigating computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
