Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
- Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications
