- Order Processing: Process new orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
