Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Chicago.
