Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for mobile and web applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
- Develop design systems and maintain design consistency
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Optimize user flows and conversion funnels
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
