Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CRM modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud
- Develop custom objects, workflows, and automation solutions to streamline business processes
- Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation for internal stakeholders
- Ensure HIPAA compliance through rigorous data governance and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards using Salesforce Analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience with Healthcare industry focus
- Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Process Builder, and Flow Automation
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (or equivalent) credential required
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce integration with external systems via API
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy regulations
- Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
