Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and code quality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and system bottlenecks efficiently.
- Participate in the full Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure application performance, security, and usability across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a contract or full-time capacity.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#).
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on stakeholder management.
