Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Adhere to SLAs and performance metrics for weekend operations

Qualifications

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (7 AM - 5 PM)
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
