Responsibilities
- Sourcing and vetting qualified technical candidates for contract positions in software development, data science, and IT infrastructure
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent contract roles daily
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conducting technical screening interviews and skills assessments
- Coordinating interview logistics and providing timely feedback to candidates
- Onboarding contractors and ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with contract/staffing focus
- Proven track record of filling contract roles in Denver's tech sector
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Strong technical understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and data analytics
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and client relationship management abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
