Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates across engineering, IT, and product roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche platforms
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments for mid-to-senior level positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Optimize recruitment processes for daily onboarding efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in US market
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Entelo)
- Ability to assess technical skills for software development, DevOps, and data roles
- Proven track record of 15+ placements in technical roles
- Strong understanding of Nashville tech ecosystem and hiring trends
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
