Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Key duties include:
- Manage incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and booking conference rooms.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
