Responsibilities

- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executive team
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support special projects as assigned by department leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
