Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume data entry with 100% accuracy and speed.
- Prepare and organize documents, invoices, and reports for management review.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately or take detailed messages.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and reconciliation.
- Coordinate schedules and calendar management for senior staff members.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure daily office operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or data entry roles.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Must be available to start work immediately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
