- Schedule Coordination: Organize and manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports, expense reports, and presentations using advanced Excel and Word functionalities.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Project Support: Assist project managers in tracking project milestones and documenting progress.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
