Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated systems) for commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 partners and industry conferences
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor a team of 8 futurist researchers and engineers
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 5-year horizon technology forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/AI journals)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi methodology
- Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools (Tableau/D3.js)
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international partnerships
