Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework, aligning with long-term corporate vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, Web4.0) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and present at global tech summits
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neural interfaces)
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in translating emerging tech trends into business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
