Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate-resilient systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary think tanks with futurists, engineers, and ethicists to map societal and technological inflection points
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiosis in enterprise ecosystems
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Establish industry-wide standards for ethical deployment of neuro-technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and scenario-planning specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies or sociotechnical systems
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, decentralized AI, or climate-tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising governments or multinational bodies on technology policy
