Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms with error correction capabilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (e.g., Nature Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum systems
- Expertise in NISQ-era optimization techniques
