Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, or clean tech innovation
- Exceptional financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
