- Market Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on future tech trends (Web3, Generative AI, Quantum) to predict market shifts.
- Digital Transformation: Oversee cross-functional initiatives to modernize legacy systems and prepare the workforce for the digital future.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic visions to C-suite executives and technical teams to secure buy-in and resources.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs for innovation adoption, operational readiness, and future-tech integration.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or enterprise architecture.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and managing large-scale projects.
