Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with long-term vision
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with engineers, designers, and business leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments affecting innovation ecosystems
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurism required
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of tech policy and regulatory landscapes
