Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record leading 5+ enterprise-scale transformation projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
