- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and industry summits
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or climate tech
- Proven track record advising C-suite on 5+ year strategic planning
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., SAM, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
