Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Control: Assist in counting stock and completing inventory reports to maintain accurate records.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips and shipping logs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the facility is mandatory.
